Former President Donald Trump had his first rally of the new year in Arizona last night and he held nothing back. Trump went after President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for what even the liberal press is calling a failed year one in office.
Trump brought up the many debacles that Biden and Harris have overseen from Afghanistan to the border to inflation.
Biden and Harris, rather than looking for answers seem content to complain about ‘unfair treatment by a newly critical media. They expect the media to go sell the administration and usually the corporate media would oblige.
But there is nothing for them to sell. Biden and Harris have not really done anything in year one save fight other Democrats.
The one thing they have accomplished was the infrastructure bill but that would not have happened without some critical GOP votes and Biden was unable to take a victory lap because the final passage was held up by AOC and her crew.
When the Dems finally got around to passing something so Biden could brag it was too late. The Dems were not happy with what they got and furious with what they did not. So even when Biden does something good it backfires. That’s what you can inept.
Biden, Pelosi and Schumer also look weak and like a bunch of lame ducks waiting to retire. They have no leverage over the rank and file leaving Biden to his toothless threats and empty rhetoric.
As for Kamala Harris, after a series of disastrous interviews with friendly media outlets, the country now sees her as an empty suit or the comedic relief character from a sitcom.
She will not shake this image, it will haunt the rest of her political career.
Trump was having a good time pointing out the Dems failures and brought down the house with a Joe Biden imitation during his speech.
He said: “We all knew that Joe Biden would be not so good but few could have imagined that he would be such a disaster for this country, what they’ve done.
“There are four times more COVID cases, remember,” he said while imitating Biden’s voice: “I’m gonna get rid of COVID.”
